Maintenance Technician

About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery that require knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and general mechanical components.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests from equipment operators / management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform PM services on necessary equipment.
The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Experience:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (bilingual is welcome, but English proficiency is required).
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Proven experience ordering parts and managing small-scale maintenance projects.
- Valid and Clean Driver's License.
