Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair industrial machinery that require knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and general mechanical components.
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Respond to maintenance requests from equipment operators / management.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Perform PM services on necessary equipment.

The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Experience:

Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (bilingual is welcome, but English proficiency is required).
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Proven experience ordering parts and managing small-scale maintenance projects.
Valid and Clean Driver's License.
